kkslo Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and kkslo (hereinafter referred to as "kkslo," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). kkslo operates as an international online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://kkslo.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing any wager, or using any service offered by kkslo, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kkslo platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kkslo. In the event of any inconsistency between documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the kkslo platform, through which that User may access games, deposit funds, and request withdrawals.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback amount, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player under the terms of a promotion.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer table, lottery, or other wagering product made available on the kkslo platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process through which kkslo confirms a Player's identity, age, and source of funds as required by our licensing framework.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency accepted by kkslo for Malaysian Players.
• "Platform" means the kkslo website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://kkslo.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet amount that must be placed before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where accessing or using kkslo is unlawful under local legislation.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary request by a Player to restrict their own access to the kkslo platform for a defined or indefinite period.

To register and maintain an Account on kkslo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. kkslo enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years in line with internationally recognised standards for responsible gambling. Any Player found to be under this age will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification.
2. You must be registering and playing on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, or by way of proxy are strictly prohibited.
3. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either imposed by kkslo or by any recognised gambling helpline or authority to whose exclusion programme kkslo subscribes.
4. You must ensure that your participation in online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your own jurisdiction. Malaysian Players are specifically reminded that the legality of online gambling under Malaysian domestic law is a matter for each individual Player to determine independently. kkslo does not provide legal advice.
5. You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, partnership, or other legal structure.
6. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the kkslo platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, the voiding of all bonus balances, and may result in the forfeiture of real-money balances pending investigation.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. You must promptly update your Account details should any information change. kkslo accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your Account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that no unauthorised person — including minors — has access to your Account or the device on which kkslo is accessed.
• Notifying kkslo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

kkslo reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence at any time, including requesting supporting documents such as a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, driver's licence, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), or selfie verification. Accounts that fail to complete due diligence within the specified timeframe may be suspended.

kkslo accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits including BTC and USDT are also accepted where available.

All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit of RM30 unless otherwise specified in a current promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player tier. Players are encouraged to review the Cashier section of their Account for current limits applicable to their chosen payment channel.

Key deposit conditions include:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• kkslo does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to the Player's Account balance immediately for e-wallet and DuitNow transfers, and within 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers.
• kkslo reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe may be connected with fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

kkslo is committed to processing withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal above the threshold specified in the Cashier section will be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the following indicative timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and may vary subject to payment provider processing.
• kkslo reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Clause 7 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation where kkslo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

kkslo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable to all kkslo promotions include:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered Players aged 21 and above who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. kkslo reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The specific multiplier (e.g., 15x, 18x, 20x) will be stated in the promotion terms.
3. Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry.
4. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
5. Maximum Bet: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum stake per bet or spin is capped as specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this cap may result in bonus forfeiture.
6. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at any given time unless otherwise specified. Depositing and opting into a new bonus before satisfying existing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.
7. Abuse: kkslo reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, hedging, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to circumvent bonus terms is detected.

All games available on the kkslo platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently tested by recognised third-party auditing agencies. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session.

By placing a wager on any game, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The rules of each specific game govern the outcome of that game. Game rules are accessible from within each game interface.
• kkslo's decision on all game outcomes is final, subject only to manifest technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, kkslo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's Account. Winnings from demonstrably erroneous game outcomes (including, without limitation, erroneously displayed odds or pay-tables) are not payable and will be voided.
• Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, bot, or other automated device to interact with the platform in any way.
• Collusion between Players — including in poker or any other multi-player format — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

For sports betting markets, kkslo reserves the right to void, suspend, or postpone markets where the integrity of the event is in question, where an event is abandoned, or where results cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe. All sports betting decisions made by kkslo in good faith following published rules are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the funding of illegal activities.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or the proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain any advantage in gameplay or to interact with the platform without manual user input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for personal gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in coordinated or collusive betting strategies across multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing odds or bonus terms.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any platform software or game.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited without disclosure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any kkslo employee, customer support agent, or other Platform user through any communication channel.

All content on the kkslo platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, domain name, website design, game assets, graphics, text, software, and all other proprietary materials — is owned by or licensed to kkslo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any kkslo content without the prior written consent of kkslo.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkslo shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data howsoever arising from the use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or cessation of service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any technical failure, error, or malfunction in any game or platform feature not directly attributable to kkslo's wilful misconduct.
• Any loss arising from a Player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, kkslo's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kkslo is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its platform. We take this obligation seriously and have implemented a range of tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure alerts or automatic session end times.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for a permanent or long-term self-exclusion through our Customer Support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed and applied promptly. Self-excluded Players may not re-register using alternative details — any such attempt constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Players who believe their gambling may have become a problem are encouraged to seek assistance. Our Responsible Gambling page contains additional resources and guidance. For players aged 21 and above only — age verification is strictly enforced at registration and withdrawal stages.

kkslo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• kkslo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity fraud, or other unlawful activity.
• A Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A Player is found to be under the minimum age of 21 years.
• A Player is found to be subject to a self-exclusion order that kkslo is required to honour.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require kkslo to do so.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kkslo holds its primary operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.

Malaysian Players are reminded that kkslo is not regulated by any Malaysian government body or authority, including Bank Negara Malaysia. kkslo makes no representation regarding the lawfulness of online gambling for Malaysian residents and does not provide legal advice. Players in Malaysia are solely responsible for their own compliance with local laws.

kkslo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform — typically a notification displayed upon login or a prominent notice on the homepage. The updated Terms will state the effective date of the revision at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the kkslo platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting Customer Support.
